If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
• Applies to first-time purchases only (one refund per customer).
• Limited to one unit per household under this guarantee.
• Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Product must be returned (opened or unopened).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned product is received, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable).
Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to:
• Orders of 2 or more units.
• Subscription repeat orders.
• Claims made after 30 days from delivery.
• Misuse or improper storage of the product.
